Deb Victoroff, M.S., our “Write Now” writing specialist, is a native Midwesterner with a passion for reading, writing and the spoken word. To that end she has written several short plays, many essays (which have appeared in a variety of print and online magazines, including The Village Voice, Penthouse, and Open Salon), and maintains a culture blog (idontunderstandanythinganymore.blogspot.com).
Deb holds a Master’s degree in Communications from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, a BA in International Studies from Ohio State University, and a general studies certificate from the New College at Oxford University.
Deb has been working in the film and television industry for many years, ranging from the Oscar-winning feature “Philadelphia” to HBO’s “Sex and the City”. Most recently she edited “The People’s Court”, which won Emmys the last two years and was nominated this year for its third.
