Evening One — Getting In and Getting Started
• Self-assessment: rate your comfort level across common social and professional scenarios
• Expressions and idioms for natural, casual speech
• How to ask personal questions — the right way
• Starting one-on-one conversations and breaking into group conversations
• Body language and social cues
• Guided role-playing in a relaxed, low-pressure setting
Evening Two — Going Deeper
• Navigating negotiation and persuasion in casual settings
• How to interrupt gracefully and hold the floor
• How to exit a conversation gracefully
• More phrasal verbs and idiomatic language
• Mini case study: a real-world networking scenario you’ll actually encounter
• More role-playing, more confidence
Enrollment is limited to 8 participants. Every registrant completes a brief needs assessment so we can tailor the experience to the group.

INSTRUCTOR BIO
Claudia Frittelli, M.A. Linguistic Studies | M.B.A. International Management, is an adjunct lecturer at the City University of New York with lifelong career experience in international business, philanthropy, and higher education across Europe and Africa. Fluent in French and Italian, she brings a uniquely global perspective to language coaching — and her training as a classical harpist has given her a finely tuned ear for speech and presentation work.
