  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE AND SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES: A. Sessions may be cancelled no later than 5:00 PM the day before the scheduled session; clients cancelling sessions after this time are responsible for payment for the missed session. B. Each 8-session package is valid for 3 months from the date of agreement, excluding holidays and office closures (10-session package valid for 6 months) . Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis and confirmed in writing by email. C. Clients who are pre-paid and maintain regular attendance receive scheduling priority at all times. We will do our best to hold your regularly scheduled time. You may have to forfeit your appointment time and be assigned a new time under either of the following conditions: a. Two sessions are missed in each of two consecutive months b. Three consecutive sessions are missed (Major U.S. holidays and office closures will not be counted toward missed sessions) D. We will attempt to keep you with the same instructor you started sessions with but in the case of staffing or schedule changes, you may be requested to select a new instructor. E. No refunds are provided, however in case you cannot complete your package, we are happy to transfer any remaining sessions to a new client of your choice (expiration date applies). TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL GROUP PROGRAMS: A. Sessions are recorded and will be emailed to all absent students. B.
