PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS (revised 7/18/20)
A. Cancellation Policy. Sessions may be canceled no later than 24 hours before the day of your scheduled session. Sessions canceled after this time will be considered taken and charged in full. As we are holding your session time for you alone, we cannot make exceptions; thank you for understanding.
B. Expirations. Packages are valid through the expiration date as follows:
4 sessions: 2 months;
8 sessions: 3 months;
16 sessions: 6 months;
24 sessions: 9 months
Reasonable requests for extensions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be presented in writing. We will notify you in writing if your package is due to expire. Incomplete classes will be forfeited if not completed by the final expiration date, after reasonable efforts at notifying you have been made.
C. No refunds are provided. If for any reason package cannot be completed, we are happy to transfer any remaining sessions to a person of your choice (expiration date applies).
D. Scheduling. Clients who are pre-paid and maintain regular attendance receive scheduling priority at all times. We will do our best to hold your regularly scheduled time. You may have to forfeit your standing appointment and choose a new time under either of the following conditions:
a. Two sessions are missed in each of two consecutive months;
b. Three consecutive sessions are missed
(Major U.S. holidays and instructor cancellations will not be counted toward missed sessions)
E. Instructor/Location Options. We will attempt to keep you with the same instructor you started sessions with, but in the case of staffing or schedule changes, we will assist you in selecting a new instructor. For in-office preferences: we cannot guarantee that in-office classes will be available for the duration of your program. We are happy to transfer your program to online training if this is the case, using the platform of your choice. We will always do our best to accommodate you for your choice of in-person vs. online classes.
F. Force Majeure. This term means: “Unforeseen circumstances that keep one from fulfilling a contract”, as described as follows: Neither party will be liable for failure or delay to perform obligations which have become impossible because of circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances include ‘natural’ disasters or ‘acts of God’ (for example, catastrophic storms or pandemics) or acts of man (for example, terrorism or labor disputes). Electronic notice of a party’s failure or delay in performance due to the disruptive event must be given to the other party no later than ten (10) business days following the start of the disruption. In the notice will be a description of the event and actions taken to minimize its impact. The parties agree, if possible, to reschedule for mutually agreed dates as soon as possible after the disruptive condition ceases to exist.

I. Terms and Conditions Agreement and Amendments. AccentsOff Speech and Voice Improvement LLC may amend the terms and conditions of this End-User License Agreement at any time with reasonable notice and without limitation by posting revised terms on its website at the URL https://accentsoff.com/program-terms-and-conditions/. Amended terms and conditions shall be binding.
